- Igniters go through intensive training, business rotation, on-going evaluation/amendments together with the Executive management diploma from the AUC.
- The program duration is two years: the 1st year is rotations along with the Executive Management Diploma, and the 2nd is on job coaching with a senior manager or above.
- After the completing your rotations and the Executive management diploma, your managerial skills should have developed, you will be able to hold a supervisory/managerial position.

This interview is a perfect opportunity for you to understand more about the program and answer all questions/concerns that you might have.
You are required to prepare a case study and present it in front a panel of 2 to 3 judges. Your communication, presentation and soft skills will all be tested together with your analysis techniques and creative solutions that you present.
After passing the previous selection phases, you will be interviewed by the Business units’ directors to identify where is the best location that you can fit after completing your 1-year of rotations.
